An entry on the North Bend Police log for Wednesday, Dec. 19, 5:03 p.m., 1500 block Monroe, "RP reports a young male came to her door asking for $5.  RP only had a $20 bill, so he told her he would go cash it at Ashworths and return with her change; however, he had not returned."

According to an entry on the North Bend Police log for Wednesday, Dec. 19, 8:21 a.m., Clackamas Co. Sheriff's Office served NBPD warrant on 28-year old Sean Ross Crawley for Theft I, UUV, Unlawful Possession of Heroin, and Unlawful Possession of Meth.

Entries on the North Bend Police log for Thursday, Dec. 20, and Wednesday, Dec. 19.  At 5:20 a.m., 750 Connecticut Ave., City Center Motel, "RP reported male/female fighting.  Officers responded and advised not fighting.  Eighteen year old Scott Lee Smith cited for Criminal Mischief II.  Twenty-six year old female involved.  At 11:08 p.m., Pacific Ave/ & Crowell, "SC 911 transferred open cell phone 911 call.  Officers in area advised unable to locate anyone in distress.  Attempt to call the number, no answer and no voice mail to leave message.  Update 11:36 p.m., owner of phone called to ask why we called her.  She is at work and had the phone in her pocket, no emergency."  Eighteen year old female contacted.  At 8:04 p.m., Newmark and Broadway, BAH ER request officer for report of pedestrian vs. vehicle that occurred earlier.  Officer responded and advised subjects reached civil compromise."  At 6:22 p.m., 2000 block Johnson St., "RP reports neighbor's dog has been left out in the cold with no shelter, etc.  Barking and crying for hours.  Officer advised negative contact at location.  Officer advised unable to get to backyard because the dog is very aggressive."
